Social Media Strategy

90% of your sales will come from word of mouth or digital promotion by 2011. How do you change what you’re doing today to be ready for that? Seth Godin

Are you online? Your customers are.

The power of social media is increasingly evident.

Facebook, Wikis, Twitter, Blogs, You Tube, LinkedIn …

Social media was born with the advent of Web 2.0 –  ‘the second generation’ of the internet which heralded a movement away from static web pages to interactivity, collaboration and user generated content.

No longer is marketing about broadcasting at or interrupting your customers.  Rather, it is now about engagement, listening and participating in a conversation to build relationships and your business.

Australians are becoming increasingly connected with two thirds having home internet access[1] and more than half of Australian households (52%) with broadband connection.

We will take the worry out of your social media  management.

Some Social Media Statistics:

Facebook alone has more than 300 million active users, half log on at least once each day. The fastest growing demographic is those 35 years old and older.

In the age of social media, a blog – or web log – has become commonplace.  Technorati’s State of the Blogosphere 2008 report shows that 184 million users world wide have started a blog and 346 million people read them. The majority (77%) of active internet users read blogs. So chances are your customers are reading blogs.

Take the plunge and join the conversation!
