Marketing Is Us was founded by Anne Sorensen, a strategy marketing specialist with more than twenty years’ senior marketing and management experience across a range of industries. She has lived and worked in the field in Australia (Melbourne and Brisbane) and overseas (London and New York).
Anne is a passionate marketer who is genuinely excited about the opportunities which arise from understanding your customers, product and market.
She believes great marketing doesn’t have to be expensive – just considered, integrated and holistic – with a good dose of creativity for further differentiation.

Rather than a one way broadcast, today we build connections and relationships with our customers via ongoing dialogue and engagement. Anne holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) with Distinction, an MBA, is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute (AFAMI) and a Certified Practising Marketer.
In 2012, she commenced research for a doctoral thesis exploring the impact of digital media upon the creation and development of brand communities and how causes can leverage to realize organizational objectives.
